PART I: MIND [10 min]
Guided dynamic stretching followed by a moment for setting your intention.
PART II: BOX [40 min]
Jump rope and strength/conditioning drills will make way for boxing mitt work.
PART III: SOUL [10 min]
Much like you'd end a yoga class with shavasana, this is a restorative cool down and a time for quiet meditation.
